Hi, I'm

Alexa Eguchi

M.S.

AMFT #130150

I'm glad you are here. It is my focus as a therapist to be compassionate, dedicated, and empathetic by creating a safe and inclusive space to culturally diverse individuals, more specifically Asian and Hispanic descents seeking support for a range of mental health challenges. With a profound understanding of the unique cultural nuances and sensitivities that shape the experiences of Asian and Hispanic communities, I am passionate about helping individuals understand themselves regarding issues such as depression, anxiety, disordered eating, substance abuse, and processing individuation from family structures. With my deep understanding of cultural diversity, I help clients navigate their unique journeys towards mental and emotional well-being. It is my goal to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space towards a path self-discovery, resilience, and empowerment as you embark on a transformative therapeutic journey tailored to your cultural and individual needs.
