Kate has extensive experience working with adults with addiction and mental health issues. Kate values working with the subconscious through dream work and deep self-analysis. She teaches existentialism to help people find their true purpose in life and bring meaning to their world. Kate’s theory of choice is psychodynamic therapy which she pairs with mindfulness and meditation techniques to help with overall healing. She has training in Mindful Self Compassion and incorporates the importance of loving ourselves through the growth process. She believes in empowering the individual and standing beside them to help guide them on their journey to wholeness.
