As incredible humans, everyone has found ways to adapt to situations that have brought shame, anger, sadness, and grief. Some cope to find relief in experiences that are unsafe, uncontrollable, or traumatic, but these adaptations have stopped serving them. When adaptations are no longer self-serving, some can experience a loud inner critic, low self-esteem, and a disconnection from themselves and others.
My aim is to help clients discover the lost parts of themselves, find safety, and build meaningful connections. I work from an emotion and trauma focused lens to process the deepest parts of their world. During the healing process, clients can show themselves empathy, increase self-awareness, and reconnect with the beauty this world has to offer.
If you are looking for a genuine, nonjudgmental space to grow into the person you truly are and connect with purpose and meaning, please reach out. I would be honored to walk beside you on your journey.
