About me
I work with adults, teens and couples struggling with relationship challenges, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and trauma. My training is grounded in psychodynamic theory and a genuine curiosity into the human experience. I am influenced by the belief that within each of us lies powerful insights, and through courage, honesty, and trust we are able to access that wisdom.
You may be aware of that inner voice telling you that you're unworthy or not good enough. To imagine pursuing your dreams, speaking your mind, or prioritizing yourself, leads to feelings of shame and panic. I specialize in helping clients to discover their inherent goodness, reclaim what has been lost, and create a full and meaningful life.
My therapeutic approach is warm and collaborative, inviting an exploration into patterns and dynamics that may be causing the pain and confusion you face. We will work together to rediscover yourself and establish connections to others in meaningful ways. I'd love to connect to see if I might be a good fit.
When I'm not providing therapy I can be found spending time with her golden retriever Zeppelin, going to concerts, and trying out new restaurants.
