About me

You don’t have to have the right words, a clear goal, or all the answers before beginning therapy. Sometimes, it starts simply with wanting to understand yourself more deeply and having a space where you can show up as you are and feel genuinely understood. My role is not to tell you who you are or where you should be, but to be alongside you as we become curious about what you’re experiencing, what has shaped you, and what matters most to you. I want our work to feel collaborative, genuine, and grounded in who you are.

I feel deeply honored to sit with people during the moments in life when things feel uncertain, painful, or simply different than they once did. Grief and loss hold a particularly meaningful place in my work. I’m drawn to the tenderness and complexity of what it means to adjust to a life that has changed. I’m equally passionate about helping clients navigate life transitions, anxiety, depression, and relational challenges while creating space for greater self-understanding and a life that feels meaningful and true to you.

My approach is primarily psychodynamic and attachment-based. I’m interested in understanding both what you’re experiencing today and the experiences that may have shaped how you relate to yourself and others. I also incorporate acceptance and values based work to help you make room for difficult emotions while moving toward the life that matters most to you.

Most importantly, I want therapy to feel like a place where you can bring your whole self. There is room for difficult emotions, uncertainty, humor, growth, and the parts of your story that may be harder to put into words. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you with curiosity and the understanding that meaningful work begins with feeling safe enough to be known.

When I’m not wearing my therapist hat, you’ll usually find me reading a good book, trying a new restaurant, or planning my next adventure. I love traveling the world, getting lost in new places, and collecting stories along the way. I’m a big believer in good food, good conversation, and finding plenty of reasons to enjoy the little things!
