About me

Welcome, I’m glad you’re here. You may be reading this because life has you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. Or maybe you’re experiencing constant worry or self-doubt, or repeating patterns you want to change, but can’t seem to break the cycle. Whatever the reason, I’m looking forward to collaborating with you. Together, we’ll work to understand what lies beneath these patterns that are causing you distress, and help you find freedom from what’s holding you back from living a more meaningful life.

In addition to working with individuals, I also help couples who find themselves caught in patterns of conflict, distance, or misunderstanding. I’ll help you better understand your own experience, as well as your partner’s, while finding new ways of communicating and relating with one another. Together, we’ll work to foster a stronger sense of connection and intimacy within your relationship.

My approach is grounded in psychoanalytic theory and practice, with a primary emphasis on your emotional experience. In addition, I'll work with you to uncover and explore the ways in which you relate to yourself and others, as well as the role your early relationships and life experiences play in your life today. By developing a deeper understanding of yourself as a whole person, rather than just your symptoms, we can begin to work toward sustainable change.

I’d love the opportunity to connect for a free 15-minute phone consultation to see if we might be a good fit to work together.
